A vinyl based gravure printing ink system for reverse printing and lamination applicable on flexible films.

Print Process: Gravure only

Substrates:

Applicable on corona treated, chemically treated & untreated polyester.
Applicable on B.O.P.P. film with addition of B.O.P.P. additive [4 to 6%]

Solvent System

Slow MIBK I TOLUENE/ ETHYL ACETATE--- 1/3/2
Normal TOLUENE I ETHYL ACETATE— 1/1
Fast MEK TOLUENE/ETHYL ACETATE ---1/1/2
Retarder: upto 5% of Butyl Cellosolve, Ethyl Cellosolve or MIBK

Remark: Not recommended for Surface Printing Applications.

Normal ETHYL ACETATE : IPA : TOLUENE--- 40:20:40
Fast MEK : TOLUENE : ETHYL ACETATE: IPA --- 30:20:30:20

Retarder: Downall PM, Butyl Acetate can be used as substitute
